Quote for solar panel install

Hi
can anyone give me a labour only quote to fit some solar panels - must be MCS approved....expect it will be a small system, have around 3.5m2 of usable south facing roof as far as I can tell.....will provide materials, located in central Manchester....roof is already scaffolded as currently rebuilding a chimney....
